Hi Furkan, in the case of this article I acted as ChatGPT's assistant, running the commands in the linked notebook and then pasting the results back to it.

That said, AutoGPT already has python code execution built in. While I haven't tried it, one should be able to use that to make the analysis fully executable by an LLM. Next article!
