From my understanding of the pricing (https://www.tableau.com/pricing/teams-orgs), and as mentioned in the article, with Tableau you pay tens of dollars per user, per month.

On large scales, I understand how it would be possible to negotiate better rates, and the savings from a tool with e.g. better data management and benefit for surfacing insights, should outweigh the costs. The likes of Tableau and Power BI are definitely great at the enterprise level.

But for a company of five people, the cost would be $100+; for a company of 20, it would be $300+ (if that’s not the case, please share the correct pricing). As long as the company has reasonable BI needs, I don’t see how this cost is justifiable.
